These Terms of Use described the legally binding terms and conditions that oversee your use of the Services. BY LOGGING INTO THE SERVICES, YOU ARE BEING COMPLIANT THAT THESE TERMS and you represent that you have the authority and capacity to enter into these Terms. YOU SHOULD BE AT LEAST 20 YEARS OF AGE TO ACCESS THE SERVICES. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ALL OF THE PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT LOG INTO AND/OR USE THE SERVICES. この利用規約はサービスの利用を監督する法的な規約です。あなた (以下「ユーザー」とする) がpyullの提供するサービスを利用もしくはログインすることで、この利用規約に法的に同意する能力があること、および、この利用規約に同意することになります。 サービスを利用するユーザーは満20歳以上である必要があります。この利用規約の全てに同意できない場合には、サービスの利用およびログインをしないでください。
Subject to these Terms. Company grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access the Service solely for user's own personal, noncommercial use. この利用規約に従って当社は譲渡不可、非独占的、取消し可能、および限定的なサービスの利用ライセンスをユーザー自身の個人的かつ非商業的な利用において提供します。
Certain Restrictions. The rights approved to user in these Terms are subject to the following restrictions: (a) user shall not sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services; (b) user shall not change, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Services; (c) user shall not access the Services in order to build or provide a similar or competitive services; and (d) except as expressly stated herein, no part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means unless otherwise indicated, any future release, update, or other addition to functionality of the Services shall be subject to these Terms. All copyright and other proprietary notices on the Services must be retained on all copies thereof. 制限 この利用規約においてユーザーに与えられる権利はこれらの制限を受けます。 (a) ユーザーはサービスを販売、貸与、リース、譲渡、割当て、配布、提供、もしくは商業的に利用しないこと。 (b) ユーザーはサービスの如何なる部分も変更、分解、リバースコンパイル、リバースエンジニアリングを行わないこと。 (c) ユーザーは類似もしくは競合のサービスを開発もしくは提供するために当サービスを利用しないこと。 (d) 明示的に許可されていない限り、サービスのいかなる部分も複製、再生成、配布、公開、ダウンロード、表示、投稿、もしくは送信しないこと。 著作権およびその他の権利の表示は全ての複製において保持される必要があります。
Company reserves the right to change, suspend, or cease the Services with or without notice to user. User approved that Company will not be held liable to user or any third-party for any change, interruption, or termination of the Services or any part. 当社はユーザーに対して通知を行わずにサービスを変更、停止、もしくは廃止する権利を保持します。 ユーザーは当社がユーザーおよび第三者に対してサービスのいかなる変更、中断、停止の責任を取らないことに同意します。
No Support or Maintenance. User agrees that Company will have no obligation to provide you with any support in connection with the Services. サポートおよびメンテナンスの不提供 ユーザーは当社がサービスに対するいかなるサポートを提供する義務がないことに同意します。
User Content. "User Content" means any and all information and content that a user submits to the Services. User is exclusively responsible for your User Content. User bears all risks associated with use of your User Content. User may not represent or imply to others that your User Content is in any way provided, sponsored or endorsed by Company. Company is not obliged to backup any User Content that you post; also, your User Content may be deleted at any time without prior notice to user. Company is not responsible for making any backup copies of User Content. ユーザーコンテンツ 「ユーザーコンテンツ」とはユーザーがサービスに送信したいかなる情報のことを意味します。 ユーザーは排他的に自身のユーザーコンテンツに責任を持ちます。ユーザーはユーザーコンテンツに対するいかなるリスクも負います。 ユーザーは自身のユーザーコンテンツが当社によって提供、支持、もしくは承認されているとして他社に誤解を与えないようにする義務があります。 また、ユーザーコンテンツはユーザーへの通知なしに削除される場合があります。当社はユーザーコンテンツのバックアップやいかなる保証も行いません。
User hereby grant to Company an irreversible, nonexclusive, royalty-free and fully paid, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display and perform, prepare derivative works of, incorporate into other works, and otherwise use and exploit User Content, and to grant sublicenses of the foregoing rights, solely for the purposes of including your User Content in the Services. You hereby irreversibly waive any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to your User Content. ユーザーは当社に対して、ユーザーコンテンツを公開、再生、派生的な成果物の制作、その他の成果物への統合、その他の利用目的において、 不可逆、非独占的、無償かつ全額支払い済みの世界的に有効なライセンスおよび他社へサブライセンスする権利を提供します。
If user provides Company with any feedback or suggestions regarding the Services, user hereby assign to Company all rights in such Feedback and agree that Company shall have the right to use and fully exploit such Feedback and related information in any manner it believes appropriate. Company will treat any Feedback user provide to Company as non-confidential, non-proprietary, and loyalty-free. ユーザーが当社にサービスに関するフィードバックもしくは提案を提供した場合、 当社はそれらのフィードバックや関連する情報を当社の任意の形で自由に活用できるものとします。 当社はユーザーから提供されたフィードバックを非機密、非独占、かつ無性のものとして扱います。
